STEP 1

APPLICATION SUBMISSION

STEP 2

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

Initial Screening:

Applicants must submit required documents for verification:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Passport and ID pictures

  • SSS Membership Card

  • NBI Clearance

  • Residence Certificate for the Year

Background Checks

  • Derogatory records

  • Employment history

  • Educational credentials

Preliminary Interview: Brief interview to assess initial qualifications

STEP 3

PRACTICAL TESTING

Skills Assessment:
A practical test based on specific skills criteria provided by clients. This may include:

STEP 4

ACTUAL TRADE TEST

Actual trade test relevant to the applicant's desired position, assessing hands-on skills and competencies.

STEP 5

FINAL INTERVIEW

Final interview to evaluate the candidate’s fit for the role and assess any additional qualifications.

STEP 6

MEDICAL EXAMINATION

Applicants who pass the trade tests must undergo medical examinations to ensure they meet health requirements.

STEP 7

DOCUMENT PROCESSING

Successful candidates submit additional documents for employment processing.

Before signing the employment contract, candidates receive a briefing covering:

  • Laws, customs, and culture of the country of operations

  • Climate and living conditions

  • Safety and loss prevention program

  • Services available for them and their dependents

STEP 8

Mobilization

Once mobilization instructions are received, workers are notified to report to the office for departure arrangements to the project site.

STEP 9

Airport Assistance

GAIC provides assistance to workers at the airport upon departure and arrival.

STEP 10

Demobilization

When services are no longer needed, GAIC coordinates the return of workers to the Philippines, including:

  • Flight arrangements for returning workers

  • Notification of dependents upon arrival at the airport
